• Wake-up 5.30 AM and leave for Horton Plains National Park. We should start at least by 6.15 AM to have a clear visibility of World’s End before mist. You will have a packed breakfast. 
• Back to hotel by 10.30 AM 
• Leave for Kitulgala by 1.00 PM 
• Reach Kitulgala and suggest for nature walk along with the Kelani River (Your tour leader will brief you) 
• Dinner & overnight stay in Kitulgala
• Special Note – Horton Plains National Park is recommended activity for family holidays in Sri Lanka but note this is a 7 KM walk through un-even roads through misty climate. Awesome experience but you need to make sure that all members are OK to walk 7 KM with your tour leader. 

Horton Plains National Park montane grassland and cloud forest located in the Central Highlands with photo opportunity and rich nature creations. It is on a plateau at an altitude of 2100-2300m and was declared a national park in 1988 due to its biodiversity and geographical importance. It is a popular tourist destination consisting of several tourist hot spots such as World’s End, mini World’s End, Bakers Falls and the peaks of Kirigalpoththa and Totupola Kanda. 

• Recommend to wake up a bit early and have a nature walk with bird watching before breakfast. Kitulgala is one of the famous locations for bird watching tours in Sri Lanka and you might able to see a lot of endemic bird species in Kitulgala.

• Back to hotel by 1.00 PM and leave for Mirissa (4 Hrs)

Kitulgala is a popular adventure sports destination in Sri Lanka located close to Kelani River (the Second longest river in Sri Lanka) blended with thick jungle which is ideal for nature trails and bird watching activities. Kitulgala is mainly famous for White Water Rafting which is the only place in Sri Lanka to do rafting and other aquatic adventure activities which recommend for family holidays to Sri Lanka. 

• Wake up in the early morning and leave for Whale Watching n Mirissa with a packed breakfast. 
• Separate instructions will be given by Ceylon Expeditions on whale watching trips including safety guidelines. Ceylon Expeditions use only approved/licensed & insured boat operators for our tours. 
• Back to hotel after whale watching by approximately 10 – 11 AM (Depend on the whales sighting).  
• Visit Galle-Dutch fort
• 1.00 PM check-out from Mirissa hotel and leave for Benthota VIA Galle / Colombo on Highway. (3 Hrs)

Mirissa is one of the best places in the world for whale watching, especially for the most famous largest marine mammal “Blue Whales”.
