Terms & Conditions
- We ensure to provide wheelchair accessible hotel rooms at each destination.
- You may choose either Plan A / B or C and the cost is differ only based on the hotel and all other Ceylon Expeditions services are remains same.
- This is private escorted wheelchair accessible tour by English speaking / qualified licensed chauffer guide.
- Your chauffer guide will operate the wheelchair ramp and the restrain system throughout the tour.
- If you need additional assistant or nurse apart from the guide, please inform us in advance
- We do maintain carefully selected set of National guides / chauffer guides.
- You may change the itinerary and accommodation plan / no of days and the price also may vary according (Plus / minus)
- How to book – You select the plan and inform Ceylon Expeditions – We check the hotel availability and block the rooms – If listed hotel room/s are not available, we provide an alternate with your approval and the price may vary with available alternates at the time of booking.

Tour Itinerary
Day 01 – Arrive - transfer to Negombo
- Ayubowan…..!! (May you live long)
- Upon completion of immigration & customs, you will meet & greet by Ceylon Expeditions representative.
- Transfer to Negombo (30 minutes)
- Check-in to wheelchair accessible beach resort Negombo
- Unwind / relax after flight
- Optional Dutch cannel boat ride (Dutch canal boat ride is not an accessible activity, but it depends on your mobility level)
- Overnight stay in Negombo (Wheelchair accessible hotel in Negombo)
Day 02 – Negombo - Habarana
- After leisure breakfast Transfer to Habarana (2 – 3 Hrs)
- Afternoon Jeep Safari to Minneriya National Park (this safari ride take 3 - 4 Hours and Will assist you to get in to the front seat of the safari jeep.
- Overnight in Habarana (Wheelchair accessible hotel in Habarana / Dambulla)
Day 03 - Habarana – Anuradhapura – Habarana
- After breakfast leave for Anuradhapura Sacred City (Anuradhapura is not fully wheelchair accessible tourist site but will assist you to visit this UNESCO World Heritage)
- Back to Habarana
- Habarana Sightseeing if time permits or leisure in the hotel
- Overnight in Habarana (Wheelchair accessible hotel in Habarana / Dambulla)
Day 04 – Habarana - Kandy
- Check-out from Habarana hotel and proceed towards Kandy (Approximately 2 Hrs.)
- Check-in to Kandy hotel
- Visit The Sacred Tooth relic temple Kandy (Wheelchair accessible)
- Cultural show in Kandy
- Overnight in Kandy (Wheelchair accessible hotel in Kandy)
Day 05 - Kandy – Elephant Orphanage – Kandy
- Visit Elephant Orphanage – Pinnawala (Wheelchair accessible tourist site)
- Visit Royal Botanic Gardens in Kandy (Wheelchair accessible tourist site)
- Overnight in Kandy (Wheelchair accessible hotel in Kandy)
Day 06 Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
- After breakfast, leave for Nuwara Eliya (2 Hrs)
- Sightseeing city tour in Nuwara Eliya
- Visit Tea Estate & Tea Factory (Not an accessible activity but will assist)
- Spend some time at Gregory Lake
- Leisure in Nuwara Eliya
- Overnight in Nuwara Eliya (Wheelchair accessible hotel in Nuwara Eliya)
Day 07 - Nuwara Eliya - Bentota
- Visit Hakgala Botanical Gardens (Wheelchair accessible tourist site in Nuwara Eliya)
- Transfer Bentota via Kithulgala (5 Hrs)
- Overnight in Bentota / Galle (Wheelchair accessible hotel in Bentota / Galle)
Day 08 – Bentota – Galle – Bentota
- Visit Turtle conservation center at Kosgoda
- Optional visit Madu River Boat Safari (Mangrove cave)
- Visit Galle Dutch Fort (UNESCO World Heritage)
- Note – Galle Dutch Fort is not a wheelchair accessible tourist site, but we could see / visit most parts of the Galle Dutch Fort (Recommended activity in Galle)
- Overnight in Bentota / Galle (Wheelchair accessible hotel in Bentota / Galle)
Day 09 – Bentota – Colombo – Departure
- Transfer to Colombo (2 Hrs.)
- Colombo sightseeing city tour / Visit Colombo important monuments
- Visit Gangaramaya Buddhist temple
- Visit National Museum Colombo (Wheelchair accessible to most sections)
