Colombo Port City Marina Promenade, a 500m public walking path, has declared open today 9th January 2022 at Colombo port city marking the 65th diplomatic anniversary between Peoples Republic of China and Sri Lanka today (09).

General public can access the Port City Marina Promenade walking path from tomorrow (10) onwards between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM free of charge. Entrance is located in front of the Presidential Secretariat office just opposite the Galadari hotel Colombo. Port City Marina Promenade walking path ceremony was graced by President His Excellency Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and other officials. 

This can be considered as the latest addition to the best things to do in Colombo and this will be attracted by both local and foreigners.  Sri Lanka is becoming a high demanding travel destination in South Asia.
